If a size is not available, the “Pre Order now” button will appear instead of the “Add to cart” button with the next expected delivery date.
We strive to keep sufficient stock of each item, however some sizes may sometimes be sold out. We receive new shoes from South Africa approximately every 8-10 weeks so you don't have to wait too long.
However, since these are sometimes sold or pre-sold relatively quickly, we offer you the opportunity to pre-order your desired shoe/size (Pre Order Now). Simply click on the button like a purchase and complete the purchase. You will receive a confirmation and we will order your shoe or reserve it for you in our ordered inventory. As soon as it arrives, the shoe will automatically be sent out to you.
Of course, our normal cancellation rights and deadlines also apply to orders. If the shoe doesn't fit or you don't like it, simply send it back to us with your "refund" or "exchange" request. We exchange the size once free of charge.
