You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods.

In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will refund all payments received from you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we were informed of your termination of this Agreement. For this refund we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you. In no case will you be charged any repayment fees. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days has expired. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Returns of underwear cannot be accepted as it is impossible to reintroduce them to the sales range for hygienic reasons.
