1. Scope


The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.

2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract


The purchase contract is concluded with Trikolor Handelsgesellschaft UG.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before you submit your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the Order button. Immediately after submitting the order you will receive a confirmation by email.

3. Contract language, storage of contract texts

We save the contract text and send you the order details and our general terms and conditions by email. You can see the contract text in our customer login.

4. Delivery conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are added. More information about shipping costs can be found on the product page or when checking out.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

5. Payment

In our shop you can always use the following payment methods:

Advance payment
If you select the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Credit card
When you submit your order, you also provide us with your credit card details.
Due to your legitimacy as a legitimate cardholder, we ask your credit card issuer to initiate the payment process immediately after placing your order. The payment process is automatically carried out by the credit card company and charged to your card.


PayPal, PayPal Express
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After ordering in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment process.
The payment process will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Cash on pickup
You pay the invoice amount in cash upon collection.

6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain to the delivery person about such errors as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal rights and their enforcement, in particular for your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

8. Guarantee and Warranties
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the statutory warranty rights apply.
The limitation period for claims for defects is one year from delivery of the goods.
